Issues with overflowing landfill sites are a problem in many countries and Malaysia is no exception. Some countries are attempting to overcome this problem by incinerating the waste. However, the quantum of waste which is incinerated is small and incineration is not without its problems. We have to do our part in ensuring that the amount of waste going to landfills is kept at a minimum. These are things we can do. Like to reduce plastic beg, example Bring your own bags when doing grocery shopping instead of using plastic bags. If a person can save 1 or to 2 from use plastic beg what do you think 100 person or 200?. There a lots of saving for environmental in Malaysia. Second Buy in bulk. This will save you money and also reduce the amount of packaging used. Because when we buy in the bulk we can save by using plastic beg. Usually at supermarket if we buy a lots of amount they will packing our grocery will be pack in 1 or 2 big beg plastic. For me i has to mind set my mind to doing some charity for the environmental like to Participate in your community recycling programs, Recycle car batteries and motor oils, Separate your rubbish into recyclable and non-recyclable, Use items which have been made from recycled materials (toilet paper, bottles, containers).
